 | | Dave Vucina, Chief Executive Officer Dave Vucina, a veteran executive in the wireless communications sector, charts the corporate direction of Wayport. Since becoming CEO in September 2000, he has developed a strategic business plan designed to implement innovative business models that are unparalled in the broadband industry. Under Dave's leadership, Wayport has outlined a long term vertical market strategy that encompasses retail, healthcare, hospitality, managed services and others. His vision for Wayport also helped define Wi-Fi roaming standards, becoming the first in the industry to offer open roaming access.
Dave came to Wayport from ProNet, Inc. where he served as president and chief operating officer. At ProNet, he negotiated the largest merger in the paging industry and increased revenues from $6 million to $130 million. He was a finalist for ERNST YOUNG'S 2004 Austin Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was named by BusinessWeek in 2002 as one of the 25 most influential personalities in ebusiness.

 | | Ken Kieley, Chief Financial Officer Ken Kieley brings nearly 30 years of in-depth experience working with lenders, investors, security analysts and high level customers to Wayport. Ken joined the Wayport team in November, 2004, after contributing his expertise in finance and analysis for over 15 years at Netsolve as their vice president of finance and as chief financial officer. He played a key role redefining the strategic business model for Netsolve, assisting in the company's transition from data transport to enterprise level IT infrastructure management and leading the company through a successful IPO. Before he landed at Netsolve, Ken spent four years as vice president of finance for VMX, Inc. and ten years at Ernst and Young, where he was a principal.
He is a member of the Financial Executives Institute and the Austin CFO Forum and holds a BBA from the University of North Texas.

| |  | | Jim Keeler, Chief Technology Officer Dr. Jim Keeler directs the development efforts in software, hardware and Web engineering for Wayport. Jim is a published, recognized authority in the public high-speed Internet access sector, with extensive expertise in the application of wired and wireless technology. He also has comprehensive experience with related security issues and the deployment and monitoring of large distributed networks of public gateways. Jim has been with Wayport since June, 2000.
In 1991, Jim co-founded Pavilion Technologies, Inc. one of the world's leading enterprise optimization software companies, where he acted as chief technology officer, vice president of research and development, and senior vice president of solutions. He is a member of HTNG (Hotel Technologies Next Generation), an organization founded to facilitate the development of next-generation technologies for the global hotel community. Jim has published more than a dozen articles and has 28 patents to his credit. He earned a BS in physics and mathematics, a Masters and PhD in physics from the University of California and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from Stanford University.

 | | Ib Drachmann-Hansen, President of Wayport EMEA Ib Drachmann-Hansen came to Wayport in May 2005 as a part of Wayport’s acquisition of NetPoint, where he served as CEO. Ib joined NetPoint, a leading Pan-European provider of high speed Internet access, in 2000. Throughout his career, Ib has demonstrated leadership in the management of international technology companies, focusing on development, manufacturing and international sales and exporting through distribution.
Ib, has held CEO and senior executive positions in other IT-focused companies such as Olivetti, Dataco, ScanView and ColorCrisp. Under his management, Wayport EMEA has developed a presence in Helsinki, Munich, Moscow and Stavanger. Ib Drachmann-Hansen holds a master’s degree in business economics from the Copenhagen Business School.

 | | Chuck Williams, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Chuck Williams guides Wayport's executive team as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary. He manages and directs all legal matters affecting the company. As secretary for Wayport, Chuck also oversees the company's corporate governance, playing a key role in the administration of critical corporate matters and proceedings. He brings 25 years of diverse legal experience to Wayport.
Before joining Wayport, Chuck served as vice president, associate general counsel and assistant secretary at Austin's Broadwing Communications (formerly IXC Communications, Inc.). Chuck executed many legal and non-legal related projects with the group at Broadwing for more than seven years, where he directed transaction agreements related to new business development, managed litigation, sales and vendor contracts, managed corporate governance and policy and handled SEC and NYSE disclosures. Prior to Broadwing, he worked at MCI for nine years, eventually as associate counsel for legal and policy support involving public rights of way and the development of a national strategy for municipal franchise and state legislative matters, while serving as counsel to local service subsidiary MCI Metro.
Additionally, he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas General Counsel Group, the Texas General Counsel Forum, the American Corporate Counsel Association and the American Society of Corporate Secretaries. Chuck holds the highest peer review rating possible in the legal profession. He earned both a B.A. in psychology and a J.D. from the University of Richmond.

 | | Greg Williams, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Marketing Since joining Wayport as COO in 2003, Greg Williams has played a key role in the company's growth and new business strategy, building the infrastructure and relationships to support a footprint that has grown from more than 700 locations when Greg joined the Wayport team to nearly 13,000 today.
Greg brings more than 27 years of experience and success in the telecommunications industry to his efforts at Wayport. Before he joined Wayport in September 2003, Greg served as president of SBC IP Communications, Inc.; president of SBC Internet Services; and president and CEO of Prodigy Communications, Inc. He acted as chairman emeritus of the Universal Wireless Communications Consortium, chairman of the Wireless Application Protocol Forum LTD Board and is currently a member of the Austin Wi-Fi Alliance Advisory Board. Greg earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Southern Illinois University.

| .jpg) | | Richard Barnes, Vice President and General Manager, Retail Richard Barnes leads Wayport's retail business segment, serving top brands like McDonald’s and Hertz by enabling software and applications like Wi-Fi public access; e-learning; security cameras; cashless and debit card payments; gaming; DVD rental stations; dial-back-up; remote order taking and many others.
Barnes comes to Wayport from Oracle, where he led the western U.S. commercial region in services sales, business development and product implementation as group vice president. He offers Wayport world-class experience with market strategy, project execution and aggressive revenue realization. Barnes' achievements in revenue growth and sales management span more than fifteen years at Oracle, Peoplesoft, Netegrity, Inc. and Computer Task Group.

 | | Peter Feldman, Vice President of Engineering Peter Feldman directs the development efforts in software, hardware and network engineering for Wayport. With more than 16 years of engineering experience in the networking industry, Peter offers an extensive background in high-growth product development organizations as well as an excellent understanding of public high-speed Internet access.
Before joining Wayport, Peter most recently served as vice president of engineering at Nomadix (acquired by MagiNet in December 2006), where he was responsible for all new product development. Prior to Nomadix, he led various engineering and product development teams at Xircom (acquired by Intel in January 2001). Bob brings extensive experience in process management and information technology to Wayport, along with proven success in business development and managed services. Prior to his service at Open Solutions, Pojman was vice president of operations at NetSolve, Inc., implementing successful operations, staffing and financial models contributing to revenue growth and strong gross margins from operations. | |  | | Dan Lowden, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing Dan Lowden oversees marketing communications, strategic marketing alliances and Wi-Fi roaming partnerships with top brands including AT&T, Verizon Business and Sprint. Since joining the company in 2001, he has been instrumental in developing long term relationships with strategic partners, significantly enhancing company profitability and increasing the visibility of the Wayport brand, now recognized asan international leader in the design and integration of applications and software over wired and wireless carrier grade networks. Prior to joining Wayport, Dan held key marketing positions at IBM, including ThinkPad world-wide segment manager and North American ThinkPad brand manager responsible for developing products that incorporated Wi-Fi technology targeted at the enterprise market. He also filled mobile device product management roles at NEC Technologies and Sharp Electronics. Dan holds a BS from Rider University and an MBA in International Business from Rutgers University.

| |  | | Kevin McKeand, Vice President and General Manager, Healthcare and Hospitality Kevin McKeand joined Wayport in September 2004 as Senior Director of Operations and was quickly promoted to Vice President of Operations. Now he leads Wayport's healthcare and hospitality business units.
Before he joined Wayport in 2004, Kevin served as president of TexLink Communications, a Texas based full service telecommunications services provider to businesses. Prior to TexLink, he was the Chief Operating officer of Wireless Services Corporation of Seattle. Before moving to WSC, he worked at Nextlink/XO Communications as their Regional Vice President for Central/South Texas. Kevin also brings more than 18 years of wireless experience to Wayport, including 15 years at McCaw Cellular Communications and AT & T Wireless. Kevin earned a BS in Management from Bellevue University.

| |  | | Phil Waters, Vice President of McDonald’s Strategic Account Management Phil Waters manages all aspects of the McDonald's/Wayport relationship, which is a critical component in the success of Wayport’s support of innovative organizations like McDonald’s. Phil directs activities involving contract compliance, installation solutions, owner/operator presentations and customized reporting schedules. He also works closely with the McDonald's team to pursue marketing and co-branding opportunities.
Phil has been with Wayport for nearly five years. He previously worked in senior management roles at Activant (formerly CCI-Triad), Dell Computer Corporation and Advanced Micro Devices. He is a former president of Texas Employment Law Council and a past member of the San Marcos School Board. Phil is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University, with both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Political Science.
